Side Effects is a survival strategy game. You and your opponent enter a dangerous pill game. Each pill can heal, harm, or create unexpected effects. The more you drink, the greater the risk. Only the smart and quick-witted will survive.

How to play Side Effects 

Each turn, you choose a random pill. The effects of the pill are unknown - good, bad, or weird. Use items to attack, protect, or trick your opponents.

Controls:

Mouse: Select the pill and use the item.

Backspace: Start over.
